Who we are
Lumiere Graphics is operated by Pantopie, based in France. Contact: hello@pantopie.studio.
What data we collect and why
Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookieless Umami. The landing site and editor have separate anonymous identifiers, honour Do Not Track, and do not use advertising IDs, account IDs, email hashes, or cross-site cookies. Umami receives the page path without search parameters or fragments, referrer domain, browser language/OS/device type, and country derived from IP; the IP itself is not stored. Controlled product events use only categories and coarse buckets. We do not send project content or names, asset names, feedback text, emails, license keys, raw errors, or arbitrary URL parameters to Umami.
For aggregate editor reliability diagnostics, we also collect browser-exposed CPU core count, device memory, graphics renderer, viewport size, and device pixel ratio. This is not linked to your project, feedback, or a customer record. Legal basis: legitimate interest; you may object using the contact details below.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we collect your email address via Listmonk, a self-hosted mailing list tool, solely to send product updates and release announcements. Legal basis: consent.
- Your email is retained until you unsubscribe.
- You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
- We do not sell or share your email address.
Editor usage
The Lumiere editor runs entirely in your browser. Your project files are stored locally on your device. We have no access to your creative work.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, we collect the message, category, and optional reply email. If you attach the current scene, its name and contents are included to help reproduce the problem. Feedback is delivered through Brevo and used only to respond or improve Lumiere.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required.

- Withdraw consent at any time (newsletter), without affecting prior processing
- Lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL
